An area outlet retail and entertainment facility announced the opening of a 40,000 square foot skatepark.
Black Diamond Skatepark, the first Georgia location, will open at 3 p.m. June 1 at Discover Mills.

New Jersey's Black Diamond Skatepark, founded in 2005, will open its first location in Georgia in Discover Mills' Neighborhood 3. The 40,000 square foot location, featuring an awesome skatepark, a large pro shop and a retail area offering skateboards, snowboards, surfboards, apparel and shoes will add more entertainment and excitement for Discover Mills shoppers.
Black Diamond Skatepark is the latest addition to join Discover Mills' mix of more than 180 stores, restaurants and family fun entertainment venues. Other popular destinations already enjoying success include the first ever Sears Fashion Outlet, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Nike Factory Store, Tommy Hilfiger Company Store, Forever 21, Journeys, Burlington Coat Factory, Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Lunar Mini Golf and more.
